Rejuvenate at 18 Sandpiper St on beautiful “North Forest Beach” where you are close to it all! Our semi private beach, and Coligny Circle which is just down the road. Do not hesitate to call or email us because as you know there is only so much beach! Our rental rates INCLUDE your taxes and departure cleaning! These prices are lower than “the other company” because we do not charge you service fees, just a pet fee. We take Checks, Credit Cards & Paypal. This is a weekly rental Saturday ~ Saturday.

Note: Minimum age to rent is 25. The house sleeps 6 and parking for 4 cars. No street parking allowed. The taxes and cleaning fee are included in the weekly rental. Nightly rentals are between Sat-Sat. Minimum of 7 nights. Deposit of $400.00. BABY CRIB and crib linens are $75 per week and will be added to your bill if requested. This includes setup & linens in room of your choice. This is NOT a rental company crib, it is for this home only. Until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice.
Pets & Smoking
Pets are welcome on a individual basis with all current shot records and on a flea program for a $100 and a signed agreement. This is a non-smoking home, however there are two outside patios with ashtrays for your tobacco enjoyment.
