Note: Minimum age to rent is 25. The taxes and cleaning fee are included in the weekly rental except shorter nightly rates. Nightly rentals are between Sat-Sat. Security deposit of $300.00. Security pet deposit $100.00 both refundable. BABY CRIB and crib linens are $75 per week and will be added to your bill if requested. This includes setup & linens in room of your choice. This is NOT a rental company crib, it is for this home only. Until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice.
Pets & Smoking
Pets are welcome on a individual basis (Free) with all current shot records and on a flea program with a $100 deposit and a signed agreement. This is a non-smoking home, however there are two outside patios with ashtrays for your tobacco enjoyment.
